Updated: Apr 12, 2023

After an impressive year, we are thrilled to be recognised by The Legal 500 2023 in three practice areas. The guide highlights the UK's most impressive law firms, lawyers, barristers and chambers every year, and following the release of the 2023 rankings yesterday, we're happy to see the positive feedback from our clients and peers.

Civil Fraud: Tier 4

With a strong track record in dispute resolution and insolvency work for national and international clients, our civil fraud team are particularly noted for their knowledge of the blockchain and digital asset technology spaces. Oliver Cain leads our civil fraud practice and has more than 25 years of experience.

Commercial Litigation: Mid-Market Tier 4

We are recognised for our strong expertise in digital asset, blockchain and cybercrime disputes, and our international expertise in multijurisdictional commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency across a range of financial and industry sectors. The team has grown significantly this year with disputes specialists Aoife Keane and Amy Harvey joining as partners from Seddons and Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP, respectively. Felicity Potter was also promoted to Partner, and Simon Cohen to Managing Associate.

‘Simon Cohen – a managing associate who has a very hands-on approach to complex litigation and good attention to detail.’

International Arbitration: Tier 7

Legal 500 UK recognised our international appeal, spanning from Africa, the Middle East, Russia and Latin America, as well as being active in domestic cases.

'The go-to practice for cases requiring co-ordination with overseas law firms unused to litigation and arbitration in London.'
