ONTIER Italy advise Bvlgari on jewellery NFTS

Updated: Apr 12, 2023

ONTIER advised Bvlgari on the legal and contractual aspects of three NFTs related to the jewellery collection 'Eden the Garden of Wonders', presented earlier June, in Paris.

The collection includes two extremely precious necklaces, 'Ruby Metamorphosis' and 'Emerald Glory', which will be sold together with two 'digital twins' NFTs, thus allowing jewellery buyers a virtual experience as well. The third NFT 'Beyond Wonder' allows access to a digital work and will not be for sale.

The data of the digital works are stored on the Aura blockchain, while the Polygon blockchain hosts the NFTs.

Luca Pardo, Carmen Fernández Vadillo, Giulia Martino and Kristian Massimei worked alongside the Bvlgari team to make digitise these precious pieces.
