    In the event that you have voluntarily communicated particularly sensitive data, such as data that may reveal your ideology, trade union membership, religion or belief, among others, ONTIER will process such data exclusively for the purposes for which you have provided them. We remind you that you are under no obligation to provide ONTIER with sensitive data such as the above.

     

  2. Purposes and legal bases of the processing. The personal data collected through the Web Site will be processed by ONTIER, in order to: i) monitor your browsing on the Web Site; and ii) attend to the requests that come to us through the contact form.

    The personal data collected through the Website are relevant, adequate and not excessive in accordance with the purpose for which they are obtained. Lawfulness about these purposes is indicated in the abovementioned table.

    We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent or when the contractual relationship with us finished. At that time, we will keep the personal data duly blocked exclusively to meet any requests that may be served by public authorities or to resolve any eventual disputes arising from the processing or the contractual relationship.

     

  3. Security measures. ONTIER will treat your personal data with absolute confidentiality. It has also implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its destruction, loss, unlawful access or unlawful alteration. In determining these measures, criteria such as the scope, context and purpose of the treatment, the state of the art and the risks involved have been taken into account.

    Access: You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data that ONTIER is processing about you.

    Rectification: You have the right to require that any incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data that ONTIER process about you is amended.

    Objection: You have the right to object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

    Erasure: You have the right to request ONTIER to deletes Personal Data that we process about you.

    Restriction: You have the right to request ONTIER to restrict the processing of your Personal Data.

    Portability: You have the right to request ONTIER to transmit the Personal Data that we hold in respect of you to another data controller. 

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority if you believe that we have not complied with applicable data protection laws.

     

  5. Sharing. Your personal data will not be transferred to other persons or companies to be used for their own purposes. However, some entities subcontracted by ONTIER may access personal data and information to assist ONTIER in the management of the website. ONTIER ensures that all these entities comply with data protection regulations, which are also directly applicable to them.

    We also inform you that your data could be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and anywhere ONTIER International has offices (which are listed on our website). In such cases, the transfers will be performed on the basis of standard legal clauses approved by the European Commission or, as the case may be, the Privacy Shield
